Welcome to the 2010 Brooklin Spring Fair!!!
Brooklin
Spring Fair welcomes you to its 99th year with “Put the
Spring in Your Tractor” as our theme for the 2010 Fair.
Come
and visit our Agriculture Tent, where you can milk a cow, watch sheep
shearing, see the rabbits and the goats.
Each night the track has a different event happening.
On Thursday and Saturday night you can cheer on your favourites in
the Demolition Derby while on Friday night you can hear the roar of the
giant tractors as they make their way down the track in the Tractor and
Truck pulls. During the
weekend you can also the Mini Tractor Pull, the
Carriage Derby Races and other great family events.
In
the arena, we hold the Ambassador Competition on Thursday evening followed
by the Official Opening of the 99th Annual Brooklin Spring
Fair. The arena is a hive of activity all weekend long.
You can check out all the homecraft
competitions, watch the Baby Show or the Spelling Bee and many
other activities, entertainment and displays.
Saturday
morning join the citizens of Brooklin and the surrounding area as they
line the Parade route. The
Parade features many floats, bands and the participation of many area
children.
There’s
nothing like a hot dog or candy floss while you’re visiting.
The rides and thrills of the midway are for the brave of heart.
You’ll find many other attractions to keep one busy all weekend.
