Hello everybody!! My name is Abigail Dove and I am your 2024 Brooklin Spring Fair Ambassador.
Life as they say come full circle, from being the Brooklin Fair Princess when I was a baby, participating in home craft through my childhood, walking the parade with my elementary school, attending every year with my family to get a deep fried mars bar (among many other things), to now representing as the Ambassador.
As someone who grew up in Brooklin my entire life, I love seeing the community come together to celebrate and participate in this wonderful fair when the first weekend of June rolls around.
My time as Ambassador has been nothing short of amazing. I’m so honoured I got to represent this wonderful community and carry this title with pride.
I want to give a massive thank you to everyone that helps run the fair. I learned it truly is a year long commitment of dedication from so many volunteers, and we wouldn’t have the fair we know today without them. A special thanks to everyone who helps run the Ambassador program.
