We’re sharing this again because we’re seeing an increase in scams, and unfortunately people are losing money.
Please remember:
✔️ The fair will never ask for payment until you have been officially approved as a vendor – if you are unsure please call and speak with our secretary by pressing “0” on our selection menu
✔️ All official approvals and payment requests will come from a @brooklinspringfair.com email address.
✔️ Payments will only ever be coordinated through our Treasurer or Secretary, both of whom use @brooklinspringfair.com emails.
While our team may occasionally use other email addresses (such as @gmail.com) for general correspondence, no payments will ever be requested through those accounts.
If you receive a message asking for payment that doesn’t follow the above process, please do not send money and reach out to us directly to verify.
